About.
Holyoke Wilds, LLC (“Holyoke Wilds”) are separately seeking to establish Marijuana Cultivator and Product Manufacturer establishments. As part of the licensing requirements, Holyoke Wilds is required to hold a Community Outreach Meeting. Typically, these meetings are held live and in-person. But, due the COVID-19 pandemic, community outreach meetings are to be held virtually. See PDF below.
As part of the requirements to host a virtual Community Outreach Meeting, this webpage has been constructed in order to comply with the virtual meeting requirements.
The purpose of the Community Outreach Meeting is to inform the public in the community about the proposed establishment, provide information, and answer the public’s questions. Community members and the public are welcome.
Notice of Community Outreach Meeting.
Notice is hereby given that a virtual Community Outreach Meeting for proposed cannabis establishments is scheduled for: August 26, 2021. The purpose of the public meeting is to provide interested parties with an opportunity to receive information and comment on proposed establishments (cultivation, retail, and product manufacturing) to be located at: 20 Hadley Mill Road, Holyoke, MA. Participants may choose to attend the meeting either online or by telephone. About the Meeting Content.
As required by law, the following will be presented at meeting: (1) information about the proposed establishments to be located at 20 Hadley Mill Road, Holyoke, MA; (2) information demonstrating that the location will be maintained securely; (3) information about the steps that will be taken by HM to prevent diversion to minors; (4) information about HM’s plan to positively impact the community; (5) information demonstrating that the location will not constitute a nuisance; and, (6) answers from representatives of the proposed HM in response to questions raised by the public and community.
Please note that the meeting will be closed captioned. And, all meeting materials will be posted online, at least 24 hours in advance, at www.marvincable.com/holyokewilds/
Further, the meeting will be recorded. The recording will be submitted to the Cannabis Control Commission as part of HM’s license application, and submitted to the City of Holyoke in a manner conducive for replay on local cable access or other broadcast means at the City of Holyoke’s discretion.
