Once a lawsuit is filed, a plaintiff should have already planned his recovery strategy. This strategy many times includes prejudgement security devices. The use of these devices is often shied away by attorneys because of its seemingly complicated nature. However, these tools can prove the difference between effective assistance of counsel and otherwise.
Below is an outline that I came across that provides a good general sense of these security devices. However, this outline only scratches the surface, and before using any of these methods, serious study, thought, planning, and research should be involved.
